Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is continuing its rapid expansion across parts of North America, delivering next-generation cloud infrastructure to support enterprise and AI-driven workloads. As our cloud footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished executive to lead Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) across parts of North America.

This Senior Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for a rapidly growing regional organization, with responsibility spanning Build & Deployment, steady-state operations, hardware maintenance, and break-fix support across Oracle's cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will establish a scalable operating model that enables rapid regional expansion while maintaining operational excellence, customer service, and workforce effectiveness. This leader will build high-performing teams, standardize operations across multiple countries, and drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, process engineering, and operational innovation.
