Job description

  • In this role, you will partner with teams across Canada to identify and deliver productivity opportunities through collaboration, stakeholder engagement, process improvement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
  • You will lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive productivity results, support operational improvements, and advance new product development initiatives
  • A key focus will be analyzing operational and business data, turning large datasets into actionable insights that support better decision-making and business performance
  • You will develop business cases and investment analyses that support process optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability improvements across the Packaged Gas business
  • The role includes serving as a key resource for Safety Critical Commodities, supporting purchasing activities and managing approved purchasing responsibilities within established authority limits
  • You will develop, review, and implement supply chain procedures, with a particular focus on supporting process improvements and system implementations such as TrackAbout
  • Supporting cylinder and asset management activities will be an important part of the role, including participating in physical audits, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate asset records
  • You will promote data-driven decisions related to cylinder and tank optimization, helping improve asset utilization and operational effectiveness
  • The position provides ongoing support and guidance to the Packaged Gas business regarding asset management and Safety Critical Commodity applications and purchasing processes
  • You will develop and monitor data quality metrics, support digital model development, and contribute to productivity tracking and reporting to ensure business decisions are supported by accurate and reliable information
