Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi-Studio Operations Manager to support the daily operations of a thriving and rapidly growing Pilates brand. This role is key to ensuring smooth studio performance, efficient systems, and accurate reporting across multiple locations. Working closely with the Director of Operations and ownership, you will help build scalable processes and maintain the operational backbone that allows our brand to grow successfully. If you are exceptionally organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have advanced Excel skills to analyze and manage data, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support & Excellence:
  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day studio operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and efficiency. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, processes, and workflows to support scalable growth. 
  • Ensure compliance with studio policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions. 

  • Data & Reporting: 
  • Build, manage, and analyze operational and performance reports in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization required). 
  • Track KPIs and provide accurate data-driven insights to the Director of Operations and ownership. 
  • Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to streamline reporting systems. 

  • Sales & Performance Tracking: 
  • Support the development of tracking systems for sales, membership growth, and other revenue categories. 
  • Compile data for review and help identify trends and opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

  • Collaboration & Communication: 
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to align studio operations with company goals. 
  • Provide clear communication and reporting on daily operational performance. 
  • Support ownership and management in special projects and operational initiatives. 
Qualifications
  •  Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dashboards, and data analysis tools). 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and process-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
