Position title: SAP iXp - SAP Business Suite CSM & CRE Strategy & Operations iXp Intern

Location: East Coast, Hybrid

As a Business Suite CSM & CRE Strategy & Operations Intern, you will engage directly with global Solution Area and Post Sales leaders to define the operating cadence and execution priorities to be driven worldwide for the SAP Solution Areas.  CSM & CRE Strategy & Operations focuses on the successful creation, deployment, and execution of adoption and consumption supporting processes, tools, and services across all Customer Success (CS) areas (incl. License, Services, and Renewals).  As an Operations Intern, you are a critical point of success to the CVG Operations ability to transform operations into a service-driven business. You are also expected to be a thought leader and strong influencer to enable operational excellence throughout the end-to-end execution of the operations portfolio in the field.  You do so by performing the following tasks: 

  • Understand your business in terms of field requirements, Go-to-Market, and operational processes to influence the successful alignment between them to define effective strategies with high impact execution. Identify opportunities to simplify business alignment and direction. 
  • Accelerate adoption: Simplify the approach and packaging for easier comprehension by stakeholders. Define priorities, articulate the steps for change, and collaborate with the Centers of Expertise on rollout plans. 
  • Accelerate decision-making: Interpret information, leverage insights, and utilize the right tools to provide strategic guidance, establish governance models and push recommendations to sales leaders and COOs. 
  • Be a role model for efficient execution: Establish accountability for effective end-to-end execution including the collaboration with respective services and the extended Business Partner community. Execute towards operational efficiency and excellence, understanding the foundation and tools, overcoming barriers to success, and enabling peers to deliver with focus. 
  • Showcase Expertise: through special projects, proactively position yourself to take the lead, inspire peers to join your effort, and drive outcome that may transform processes. Communicate respective results with the appropriate detail.

  • Assist Business Suite CSM & CRE Strategy & Operations team in operational reviews to assess quarterly performance across regions and solutions.
  • Leverage SAP software to provide additional insight and intelligence around sales data.
  • Develop deeper level insights on regional Adoption and Consumption Pefromance for key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate standardization of reporting across all six global regions.
  • Innovate and conceptualize new reporting to foster actionable insight for supported businesses.
  • Understand and summarize Adoption and Consumption performance and Renewals forecast for executive audience.
  • Collaborate with enterprise analytics teams to automate and scale reporting to other business areas.
  • Provide an external perspective on the team’s activities to help drive the innovation agenda.
