Salary: Student pay depends on college standing and will be in accordance with LCTC Student Pay policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and assist students, staff, and callers
• Answer phones, take messages, and manage mail
• Help with filing, data entry, and general office tasks
• Maintain records (vehicle logs, training, and reports)
• Assist with events, meetings, and office projects
• Support daily operations of the office
Required Education: Must be a full-time student and maintain full-time status in order to retain eligibility for continued employment as a student worker.
Verification of full-time student status must be furnished to the Human Resources office at the beginning of each Spring and Fall semester.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Good communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and with a team
Required Licenses or Certifications:
• A valid Driver's License, and a clean driving record.
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance
• Proof of full-time student status
• Must pass a background screen
Preferred Experience:
• Customer service experience
