Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support leadership, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and assist with daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with executive leadership and internal teams to ensure projects, communications, and operational activities remain organized and on track. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting business growth and process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central point of coordination between leadership and internal departments to ensure effective communication and follow-through.
