Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in the financial services industry? We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join a dynamic team supporting business operations, client inquiries, data management, and process improvement initiatives.


This role is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in building experience in operations, client support, and business processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and coordinate client and business area inquiries related to operational requests
  • Research and resolve returned mail inquiries while maintaining accurate records
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by providing timely updates and ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Assist with reconciliation activities and data validation processes
  • Support operational projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
  • Identify potential process issues or discrepancies and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Manage large data sets and utilize Excel to support daily operations
