We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for a bilingual Korean/English candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting business operations, inventory coordination, logistics activities, purchasing functions, and office administration. The role provides administrative support across multiple departments while helping ensure efficient day-to-day office, warehouse, and operational activities. 
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance to support daily office operations.
  • Serve as an administrative liaison between office, warehouse, service, and operations personnel.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and supporting office calendars.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room setup, refreshments, and catering as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and itineraries.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, receive visitors, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to U.S.-based employees and visiting SEA Global staff.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. 
Office Operations Support
  • Support vendor communications and maintain related documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and organizational filing systems.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance office efficiency and service quality.
  • Draft, update, and maintain standard operating procedures and other business documentation as assigned.
Inventory, Purchasing & Operations Support
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
  • Support purchasing activities by tracking purchase orders, supplier documents, and procurement records.
  • Assist with company asset tracking, including office and technology equipment.
  • Coordinate shipment documentation, packing lists, and operational records.
  • Support inventory accuracy and administrative functions associated with warehouse and operations activities. 
Warehouse & Logistics Support
  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments and materials.
  • Verify received items against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with labeling, scanning, organizing storage locations, and shipment processing.
  • Support inventory transfers and warehouse-related administrative activities as needed.
  • Assist with packing parts and materials for shipment when necessary. 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) required.
  • Interest or experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, warehouse administration, or operations support preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • ERP system or inventory management software experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling business information. 
Work Conditions
  • Part-time position, approximately 28 hours per week.
  • Potential opportunity for full-time employment based on business needs and performance.
  • Minimal travel (less than 10%) may be required.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform general physical tasks when needed. 
Compensation
Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
