About the Team
The Leasing Coordinator is an essential part of the Professional Tenant Placement (PTP) team. The PTP team works closely with the Applications team and is focused on helping owners be successful in the leasing and marketing process! From optimizing the owner's marketing strategy, to providing product coaching, and nurturing showings and applications, the PTP team is critical to Nomad's success.
About the Role
The Leasing Coordinator plays a key role in the PTP Team, guiding owners through onboarding and tenant placement. You'll learn Nomad's tenant placement process and coach owners to secure a tenant successfully. Responsibilities include managing rental inquiries, scheduling and following up on showings, troubleshooting applications, responding to emails, conducting proactive outreach, overseeing property marketing, and working with third-party systems. Strong customer service, coaching, and problem-solving skills are essential. Expect to spend much of your day on the phone and texting with owners, prospective tenants, and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage a pipeline of new owners from contract signing to lease execution.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Review and optimize property listings.
  • Handle rental inquiries, schedule and follow up on showings, support rental applications, and guide lease generation.
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems (HubSpot, AppFolio, etc.).
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate property marketing and customer success.
  • Proactively coach owners using data and objection-handling techniques.
  • Bridge communication between owners and prospective tenants during leasing.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties nationwide with varying product selections.
Who you are
  • 1-4 years experience in customer service, sales, onboarding, or real estate
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Analytical thinker, able to spot trends and patterns to identify opportunities to intervene
  • You can build rapport and relationships with anyone, finding common ground so you can understand and clear blockers to success
  • Experience with CRMs required, Hubspot experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with AI tools strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite of products required
Where you'll be
This is a hybrid role based in beautiful Denver, Colorado. Our office is in Uptown, surrounded by other tech companies, coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. PTP team members work from the office 3 days a week and enjoy flexibility to work from wherever they choose twice a week.
Potential pay range: On Track Earnings (base + variable) = $57,000-$72,000
