About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, modernize, and support secure, resilient, and highly available enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, branch locations, and cloud environments.
In this role, you will work with cutting-edge networking technologies including Cisco Nexus, Spine-Leaf architectures, VXLAN/EVPN, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and Cisco Meraki. You will play a key role in advancing network modernization initiatives, driving automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), improving cloud connectivity, and providing technical leadership during critical production events.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on networking expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a passion for automation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise network solutions across data center, branch, and cloud environments.
  • Architect and support modern data center networking using Cisco Nexus, Spine-Leaf topologies, VXLAN, and EVPN.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and related technologies.
  • Design and support SD-WAN, enterprise switching, wireless networking, and Cisco Meraki solutions.
  • Contribute to network modernization strategies, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement network automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
  • Automate network provisioning, configuration management, validation, and operational processes.
  • Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, and Wireshark.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve critical production incidents.
  • Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, application, and architecture teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support escalated production issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote networking best practices across the organization.
  • Enhance network reliability, resiliency, security, disaster recovery, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting modern data center network architectures.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Cisco Nexus
    • Spine-Leaf architecture
    • VXLAN/EVPN
    • BGP and OSPF
    • Enterprise routing and switching
    • TCP/IP networking
