Strong SQL skills. Should be able to write and execute complex queries
• Prior experience with working on MDM (client / user data) engagements
• Analyze the data management functional requirements and study the MDM touch points for data sourcing as well as distribution
• Work closely with Data Governance functions & IT teams including Architects, Data engineers and Quality assurance team members to aide framing & elicitation of requirements
• Create user stories to document requirements ensuring high level data / process flow diagrams are available with data mapping, logical data modelling, data quality - cleanse/standardization rules, match/survivorship, and data distribution requirements.
• Suggest business process improvements & adoption in core functional areas using MDM and Data governance. Educate business and operations teams on data stewardship and MDM best practices by providing analytical dashboards, and continuous process improvement recommendations
• Capture and enforce methods and validation mechanisms for ensuring data quality and accuracy through the MDM solution
• Actively own and participate data profiling exercise along with technical SME's and represent details in a visual manner for proper reporting and decision making
• Work with product owners to align on agile processes in course of business analysis & requirements gathering
• Experience with SFDC integration is a definite plus
