Job Title: Salesforce nCino Lead Developer 
Job Location: Columbus, GA 
Job Type: Contract 

Job Description:  

  • Lead the design, development, and customization of nCino modules within Salesforce. 

  • Drive end-to-end loan origination processes, covering: 

  • Screening, underwriting, risk rating, approval, and post-approval workflows. 

  • Customize and configure nCino screens, sections, and layouts to meet business needs. 

  • Develop and enhance nCino modules such as: 

  • Collateral Management 

  • Covenant Management 

  • Deed/Lien Record Management 

  • Policy Exceptions Management 

  • Design and implement Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for automation and system enhancement. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical designs. 

  • Ensure best practices in data architecture, integration design, and performance optimization. 

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members. 

Required Experience & Skills 

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience in design and development. 

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with nCino platform and modules. 

  • In-depth knowledge of the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System (CLOS) and related customization processes. 

  • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP/Streaming APIs, Platform Events). 

  • Expertise in Salesforce Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Data Migration. 

  • Strong background in Business Process Design, Enterprise Roadmapping, and Solution Estimation. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
