Job description

Title: Data Entry , Lubbock, TX
Pay Rate: $20/ HR

Hybrid - Onsite once a week, flexible on any day. Must Haves: HS diploma, Microsoft, excel, PowerPoint. Exp in SAP is a plus. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
Supply Data Entry Lubbock, TX This position works in Cotton Seed Supply to provide support to the Cotton Planning Team to include Inventory, Master Data, Data Collection, and supporting other parts of Seed Supply Team as needed.
Duties will include inputting data into digital spreadsheets and/or databases, updating existing records, verification of entered data, assisting administration in day-to-day tasks, posting inventories into SAP.
Analysis Monitors Bill of Lading to ensure required samples have been received timely, correct tests have been performed and reported, and batches meet standards.
With guidance and approval of production mgrs., classifies batches to proper quality status, and/or release for shipment with their approvals Master Data Management Manages materials extension requests, and resolves BOM, recipe, production version, quality inspection plans, and costing issues. Interfaces with finance and controlling to obtain accurate costing information for master data, frequently analyzes materials to ensure costing is accurate, and performs periodic analysis to ensure cost variances are minimized.
Participates in monthly financial variance review meetings. Other Mastery of desk top tools to perform data extractions/downloads from SAP, creates BW and PowerBI reports, builds charts/graphs, KPI's, etc. to perform inventory analysis. Presents and interprets the data to assist Head of Seeds Supply with making data driven decisions to help cost management and improve seed production operations
