Summary
Drive enterprise data excellence and shape the future of digital transformation across the organization. As the Senior Manager of Master Data Management (MDM) & SAP Data Conversion, you will lead enterprise IT data management, master data governance, and SAP data conversion initiatives that enable successful business transformation. You will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless migration across complex, multi-phase SAP implementations. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives on solving complex data challenges, leading high-performing teams, and delivering accurate, reliable solutions that drive operational success and long-term business value.
The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $192,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Execute the rollout of the enterprise MDM solution across key domains, including Customer, Vendor, and Material.
  • Work directly with business MDM and process owners to capture master data requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and SAP design standards.
  • Manage day-to-day MDM information technology support operations and service level agreement performance across all three master data domains.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to strengthen data quality, streamline operational workflows, and minimize data-related risk.
  • Lead hands-on information technology execution of the ETL framework, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and load activities for all in-scope data objects.
  • Coordinate the development and management of detailed data mapping, conversion rules, and reconciliation processes in close coordination with functional and technical teams.
  • Execute mock conversions, cutover tasks, and production data loads to ensure readiness and minimize business interruption.
  • Drive day-to-day issue resolution, defect triage, and root cause analysis in partnership with the business MDM team and cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges.
  • Enable technology solutions that implement data quality key performance indicators, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track ongoing performance.
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team to establish data ownership and stewardship roles across key master data domains.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements related to enterprise data.
  • Manage day-to-day MDM information technology operations, data quality, and issue resolution.
  • Implement automated processes for data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and workflow management.
  • Develop and monitor data key performance indicators, including data quality scores, service level agreement performance, and governance adoption metrics.
  • Drive root cause analysis and sustainable remediation plans for recurring data issues.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align MDM and data migration solutions with long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and implement MDM tools, data cleansing solutions, and automation capabilities.
  • Promote best practices in data modeling, metadata management, and data lifecycle management.

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and/or Data Migration.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP data objects and SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).
  • 5+ years of experience with the Syniti ADM/ADMM data migration tool.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms, including Syniti, SAP MDM, and Informatica.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern data architecture concepts.

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
