The Accelerated Management Program (AMP) is a two-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of leaders at J. Lorber Co. Participants rotate through key areas of the business-including operations, sales, supply chain, distribution, and branch management-to build a comprehensive foundation in both customer-facing and operational roles. Upon successful completion, participants are placed into a management role within the organization.
