Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure in data center environments
  • Pull, route, and terminate low-voltage copper and fiber cabling
  • Perform cable testing (continuity, copper, fiber) and validate connectivity
  • Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and port maps
  • Install cable pathways including ladder rack, fiber trough, and strut systems
  • Label cables, equipment, and power connections accurately
  • Install and support network equipment and patching
  • Maintain quality workmanship and ensure clean, organized work areas
  • Follow all safety standards, codes, and best practices
  • Communicate progress and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with low-voltage cabling (copper and fiber)
  • Familiarity with telecom tools and cable testing equipment
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and diagrams
  • Basic knowledge of data center infrastructure and cabling systems
