Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Center Deployment Lead I to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting small teams of technicians, driving daily production, breaking down work into clear steps, and correcting quality issues in the field in real time. You will work closely with various teams to provide leadership and hands-on operational support, ensuring your team delivers on time and to the highest quality standards without requiring senior intervention.

Who we are

At Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing up to 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available. Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation.

Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections. We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of technicians (DCT I–V) on a defined installation scope

Break each assigned task into clear, sequenced steps for the team before work begins

Set the daily work plan for the team and drive output against it throughout the shift

Perform quality checks on all team work — routing, labeling, terminations — and correct mistakes in the field immediately

Ensure all team members comply with design documentation and Introl installation standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area across the full team footprint

Report daily progress, blockers, and issues to the Sr. DCDL or Foreman at the end of each shift

Address team performance issues directly and in real time — does not pass them to the supervisor

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data center deployment, infrastructure installation, or a similar structured cabling environment.

Strong knowledge of high-density network cabling, including fiber optic routing, patching, cleaning, and testing methodologies.

Familiarity with server rack architecture, GPU cluster deployments, and interpreting detailed data center design documentation or runbooks.

Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English to effectively lead teams, explain technical steps, and deliver daily shift reports.

Proven ability to lead or mentor a small team of technicians, manage daily production goals, and correct quality issues in real time.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strict focus on installation quality, labeling standards, and workplace safety.

Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
