HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INBOUND/OUTBOUND LABELER IN FLOWERY BRANCH, GA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inbound/Outbound Labeler to join our team in Flowery Branch, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for accurately labeling, tagging, and indexing incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as digitizing physical shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or data entry, and more lifted below.   • Monday-Friday 10am-2pm
  • Located in Flowery Branch, Georgia
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Physical Shipment Labeling: Generate, verify, and apply shipping labels, barcodes, QR codes, and hazard stickers to packages, pallets, and shipping containers.
  • Digital Data Entry & Annotation: Inspect shipping documents (Bills of Lading, packing slips, customs forms) and accurately input shipment data into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Quality Assurance: Verify package weight, dimensions, destination addresses, and SKUs against manifest orders before applying final routing labels.
  • Inventory Scanning: Utilize handheld RFID/barcode scanners to log package movement at every stage of the sorting and loading process.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and flag mislabeled, damaged, or unreadable shipments and escalate edge-case discrepancies to warehouse supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or data entry preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with handheld barcode/RFID scanners, desktop labeling software, and basic WMS data entry (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, or similar tools).
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent visual accuracy to catch small errors in tracking numbers, addresses, and product codes.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs (if on-site warehouse position).
