Role Summary - 6 Months Contract : Full time fixed term

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping everything in its right place? We're looking for a friendly and proactive QA Intern to join our team. This position is a full-time Fixed term - (6 months) role. In this role, you will be the backbone of our document management system, helping us maintain an efficient, organized, and smooth-running office. If you enjoy multitasking, problem-solving, and contributing to a team that values accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!

Day Shift (Monday - Friday) 7:00am - 3:30pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning Documents: You'll be the scanning pro, ensuring that physical documents are digitized with precision, allowing us to keep everything accessible and organized in a digital format.
  • Uploading Documents into Zen: You'll upload scanned documents into Zen, making sure everything is securely stored and easily retrievable for the team when they need it most.
  • Filing: Keeping files neat and orderly is your superpower. You'll maintain a well-structured filing system (both physical and digital) so everyone knows exactly where to find what they need.
  • Perform Checks: You'll take extra care in reviewing documents to ensure everything is accounted for and that files are complete and properly organized.
  • Purging Documents: We all know clutter is the enemy. You'll be responsible for purging outdated or unnecessary documents while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining the integrity of our systems.
