We are seeking a strategic Systems & Automation Lead to take full command of their Applied EPIC ecosystem and drive operational excellence.

The Role This is far more than a technical support position; it is a high-visibility, strategic leadership role. As the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Applied EPIC, you will serve as the architect of the firm's operational infrastructure. Your mission is to move beyond maintenance and into the realm of true optimization-leveraging automation, data intelligence, and refined workflows to accelerate revenue growth and redefine the client journey.

Your Impact Operational Velocity: Drastically improve service delivery speeds by refining and automating core business processes. Strategic Automation: Eliminate repetitive manual tasks, allowing the team to focus on high-value client advisory. Data Empowerment: Convert raw system data into actionable intelligence that drives retention and identifies new sales opportunities.

Scalable Growth: Build the technological framework necessary to support a rapidly expanding book of business. Key Responsibilities Applied EPIC Ecosystem Management Act as the definitive internal authority on all Applied EPIC modules, configurations, and capabilities. Oversee system health, lead continuous optimization projects, and manage enhancements.

Workflow Engineering & Automation Conduct deep-dive audits of existing lifecycles, including new business acquisition, renewals, and policy servicing. Design and deploy sophisticated, standardized workflows within EPIC to maximize team productivity. Analytics & Business Intelligence Architect custom dashboards to monitor KPIs such as sales velocity, retention trends, and staff responsiveness.

Establish rigorous data entry standards to ensure the highest level of data integrity. Training & Talent Enablement Serve as the primary coach for the team, leading the onboarding process for new hires and providing continuous education for existing staff. Qualifications Required Experience: Expert-Level Mastery: Minimum of 3+ years of intensive, hands-on experience managing the Applied EPIC Broker Management System.

Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in configuring complex workflows, activities, and advanced reporting within EPIC. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of insurance brokerage operations (experience within Personal Lines is highly preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience operating within a high-volume, fast-paced brokerage environment.

Prior success managing system integrations and API-driven data transfers. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Negotiable Additional Compensation: This role includes a performance-based bonus on top of the base salary.
