Job description

We are seeking a Data Warehousing Systems Analyst II to support enterprise data warehouse solutions, data analysis, system integrations, and business applications. The role will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, support data processes, and improve system functionality.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integrations.
  • Write, execute, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
  • Analyze data, reporting requirements, system issues, and data flows.
  • Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements.
  • Support enterprise applications and business systems.
  • Perform systems analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • Support software implementations, projects, and application lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance.
  • Create user stories, support backlog activities, and document functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and management.
  • Provide end-user support and training when required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL.
  • Working knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and Data Security.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, data analysis, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated aptitude, ownership, and thought leadership in previous roles.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Preferred Skills
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Data Warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, SQL, and Linux.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, including:
    • Finance
    • Project Accounting
    • Procurement
    • Order-to-Cash
    • Procure-to-Pay
  • Experience with reporting tools and database technologies.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow design, and application support.
  • Experience with data integrity, governance, and systems integration.
