  • Interface directly with Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to coordinate schedule creation, communicate progress updates, and execute corrective action recommendations.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and continuously improve supplier performance, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze historical inventory and manufacturing data to develop accurate material requirement projections and demand planning models.
  • Execute purchase orders for assigned component classes, raw materials, and assembly items to support production schedules.
  • Identify, document, and implement actionable opportunities for continuous process improvement within the purchasing and inventory lifecycle.
  • Support the incoming inspection process to ensure all delivered materials meet strict engineering and quality standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field (an equivalent combination of formal education, relevant certifications like APICS-CSCP will also be taken into consideration).
  • Proficiency utilizing manufacturing ERP software; hands-on experience with ECI M1 is highly sought.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office with strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capacity to manage competing priorities, execute complex workflows, and handle multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and deal effectively with members at all levels of the organization.
  • Good judgment with a deep commitment to supply chain ethics and the ability to make timely, sound decisions.
  • Flexible and innovative team player with a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
