Dynamic Catholic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Reporting and Data Steward to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity of our Salesforce data, with a focus on supporting direct mail processes, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing essential data support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.

Responsibilities
Empower Marketing Campaigns:
-Master our Salesforce environment, meticulously managing customer data to fuel targeted outreach.
-Orchestrate the setup of direct mail and call campaigns within Salesforce, managing tasks and opportunities to ensure seamless execution.
-Become the lynchpin for direct mail operations, coordinating with internal teams and external brokers, managing suppression lists, and ensuring list accuracy using NCOA software.
-Handle campaign-related data requests and ensure compliance with opt-out preferences.
Deliver Actionable Insights:
-Collaborate across teams to understand data needs, translating business requirements into powerful Salesforce reports and dashboards.
-Develop and refine reporting solutions that provide clear visibility into performance and trends, enabling data-driven decisions.
-Partner with our Systems team to identify and bridge gaps in data capture and reporting capabilities.
Champion Data Quality & Integrity:
-Own the quality and accuracy of our CRM data, performing ongoing cleansing, validation, and maintenance.
-Utilize tools like Briteverify and cross-reference data sources (web scrapers, lead capture forms) to maintain high standards for contact information accuracy.
-Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring our CRM remains a reliable source of truth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Salesforce data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data loader and other ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record cleaning and de-duplicating data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data cleansing and data validation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity principles.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into reports.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with NCOA software.
  • Experience with DemandTools and Briteverify.
