We are seeking a Data Architect to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.

About the Role:

As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing comprehensive data frameworks that support critical healthcare operations and decision-making processes. Your role will ensure that data systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, enabling seamless integration and accessibility of patient and organizational data. You will collaborate closely with IT teams, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to translate complex business requirements into effective data models and architectures. By optimizing data flow and storage solutions, you will enhance the quality and reliability of healthcare analytics and reporting. Ultimately, your work will empower the organization to leverage data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
