Job description

The Manager of Data Integration Services is responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure management of  data across the enterprise and Cloud vendors for the Application Services team.  Develops and maintains efficient and high-quality integrations (connecting data, applications and third parties) that support business processes and customer needs. Creates the strategy to monitor and analyze existing integrations to improve their performance and efficiency.

Specifically:

Work closely with architects, developers, analysts, and business partners to support the timely and reliable ingestion, management, and delivery of data through data integration tools, services and features.

Support the critical integration infrastructure and services to meet the strategic and daily operating needs of our internal and external partners.

Provide successful solutions within our application and database framework that meet the security constraints for ITS Security, auditors, and business partners.

Assist with developing  and continually enhancing integration proof-of-concepts and  strategies for on-premises, Cloud, Multi Cloud, and hybrid environments.

Monitor and ensure the performance, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of integrated data. Troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.

Proactively contribute and take on responsibility, setting best practices for the team, while being flexible, detail-oriented and passionate about meeting the needs of ITS and our business partners.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: 137,850 to 172,300; salary commensurate with relevant experience.  This is an onsite position (remote flexibility at the discretion of management).
