  • Create a unified enterprise data strategy that eliminates siloed data environments and duplicate sources of truth.

  • Build the foundation for enterprise reporting, analytics, operational intelligence, and future AI/ML capabilities.

  • Evaluate and recommend data platforms, integration tools, and technologies based on business needs and long-term scalability.

  • Partner with business and technology leaders to establish data standards and drive enterprise adoption.

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated success evaluating and selecting data platforms, integration tools, and technologies.

  • Track record of owning and leading enterprise data platform transformations within growing organizations.

  • Experience maturing startup, high-growth, or smaller organizations into scalable, disciplined operating environments.

  • Experience in energy, construction, industrial infrastructure, data centers, or other capital-intensive industries strongly preferred.

  • Strong integration engineering and platform architecture background; candidates focused primarily on BI/report development are less likely to be a fit.

  • Experience building enterprise data capabilities from an immature starting point into a scalable enterprise platform strongly preferred.
