Job description

This data analyst role will play a pivotal part in transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable insights that support strategic initiatives,optimizethe productivity of distribution stakeholders, and deliver business value. More specifically, this role will be involved in scaling the sales book management process, supporting the compensation strategy, evolving the lead generation program, and evaluating performance through analysis and reporting.

Candidates should be highly proficient in SQL, with experience cleaning, transforming, and modeling large data sets to build sustainable data products and deliver meaningful analysis. Familiarity with Tableau or a similar business intelligence tool isrequiredto develop and enhance reporting and dashboards. The ideal candidate has experience working with sales and distribution organizations, including data from CRM systems, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while communicating clearly and partnering consultatively with stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business strategy, translate requirements into analytical work, and lead projects through delivery.

  • Design and deliver high-quality analyses, visualizations, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business partners and senior leaders.

  • Analyze large, complex data sets toidentifytrends and insights using advanced analytical methods, and review orvalidateanalytical approaches used by other analysts.

  • Maintainsustainable data products byleveragingdata across multiple sources to support scalable analytics and reporting use cases.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation, testing, and quality checks.

  • Own and manage recurring analytical deliverables, dashboards, and reporting processes.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Technicalproficiencywith SQLand Tableau (preferred).

  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or in sales organizations(preferred).
