Job description

Job Title- Data Insight & Reporting Analyst
Location- Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Duration- 10 Months (C2H Role)
Job Details:
Senior Data Insight & Reporting Analyst consults with cross-functional teams to identify data and analytical needs, gather the necessary data, conduct detailed analyses, review actionable insights/findings with leadership to assist in their decision-making and facilitate related process/data improvement efforts.
This position is within the Operations Reporting & Analytics team and supports operational improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Derive insights from data analysis, conduct root-cause analysis of operational issues identified by the data, and provide recommendations to remediate operational issue
• Transform raw data and analysis into data visualizations and interactive dashboards using dashboard tools
• Drive understanding of our members and their interaction with our call center, through in-depth analyses of user interaction, engagement, and transcribed calls
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, or Economics)
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Manage, transform, and analyze data using SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau
• Comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to challenge traditional thinking to solve problems
