Job Description

The Lockbox Operations Processor provides cross-functional production support across Operations Services. This role focuses on processing payments and documents, including high-volume data entry and 10key keying, scanning, sorting mail, and working across multiple areas within the department. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential.

Work is primarily performed while seated, with some standing, repetitive motions, and movement to retrieve or transport materials.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining high volumes of alphanumeric and numeric data. This role requires strong typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments, checks, and remittance documents
  • Perform high-volume data entry, including keying and 10key functions
  • Scan, image, and archive checks and documents
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Rotate and support multiple functional areas within the department
  • Work in multiple operational systems
  • Research and resolve processing exceptions
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate as needed
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years or more of related work experience
  • Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with high-volume data entry, including keying and 10key
  • Knowledge of related products, systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and resolve exceptions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including repetitive motions, lifting trays, and pushing carts
  • Perform high-volume data entry of alphanumeric and numeric information with a minimum throughput of 9,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH)
  • Proven data entry experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data systems, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Work schedule: Sunday 6am-4pm Monday 7am-4pm (19 Hrs per week)
