This position typically reports directly to the supervisor or division manager and is field centered in outdoor environments across varying weather conditions. Their primary focus is assisting the site supervisor with the following duties while promoting an orderly, safe and healthy workplace.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follows standard processes such as inventory control, productivity, problem solving, and problem-solving skills.

• Adheres to all safety rules and regulations while performing all duties.

• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and physical safety practices

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling materials in a fast-paced environment

• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.

• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.

• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

• Makes deliveries to work sites as needed

• Other duties as assigned.
