You’re almost there.
Your degree is nearly complete. Your supervision hours are stacking up. And soon, you’ll be sitting for the BCBA exam. 

This is the moment where making the right move can set the tone for your entire career. At Behavioral Innovations, we built our ABA Apprentice program for this exact stage - to give future BCBAs the perfect bridge between grad school and independent practice.

Here, you’re not just logging hours. You’re learning from some of the best BCBAs in the field, applying your skills in real clinical settings, and following a study plan made just for you - all with a dedicated Learning & Development team guiding you toward the exam and your first BCBA role.

Compensation: 

  • $28.50/hour

What You’ll Have (REQUIRED): 

  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation
What You'll Do
  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams 
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
