Job description

We are Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) a government contracting and consulting firm supporting several military installations and federal agencies across the nation. We are currently seeking a Sr System Administration for a 100% onsite role at the Fort Meade, MD Army Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory. The ideal candidate must be able to perform the tasks listed below (but are not limited to the tasks listed below)
  • Develop, maintain, monitor and support the Laboratory Information Management Systems.
  • Perform following tasks on Microsoft MECM Server:
    • Administration & Configuration
    • Troubleshooting
    • Documentation & SOP
    • Inventory and Patch Deployment
    • Workstation Image Deployment
  • Perform the following tasks on Server Applications:
    • Microsoft WSUS
    • Microsoft IIS
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Shavlik Protect/Ivanti
    • Temperature Monitoring
    • Symantec Backup Exec
    • DISA STIG Compliance, Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) Patches/Upgrades, Administration & Configuration, Documentation & SOP, Troubleshooting, Review Logs via Splunk
  • Perform the following tasks on Windows OS:
    • McAfee HBSS Administration (Antivirus, Firewall, Data Loss Prevention, ENS)
    • Windows Workstation 10 (Enterprise and Enterprise LTSC)

    • Agilent Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
    • Agilent Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
    • Agilent RapidFire / RapidFire Mass spectrometry

    • Data Innovations Instrument Manager
    • DISA STIG Compliance, IAVA Patches/Upgrades, Administration & Configuration, Troubleshooting

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Security Clearance: Secret
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree required, preferably in Information Technology
  • Certification: *NOTE* In the future Certification Requirements may change to be aligned with DoD 8140.01 directive.
    • COMPTIA Security + Certificate (Mandatory), OS Certificate (Mandatory), Extensive experience applying DISA STIG settings to Microsoft Server and Application Environment, VMware Administration, HBSS Administration, Symantec Backup Exec 20, OS imaging and deployment, DOD Information Assurance Compliance
  • Experience:
    • Knowledge of systems administration concepts, principles, methods, and practices for integrating information system components; performance tuning tools and techniques; and systems diagnostic tools and fault identification techniques.
    • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows 10 Enterprise and Enterprise LTSC), and other network operating systems environment to support a wide range of enterprise information systems.
    • Knowledge of maintaining and operating Enterprise Services such as Active Directory Users and computers, Group Policy Management, MECM, ACAS, PKI, DHCP, Network Monitoring, Internet Information Services (IIS) and Structured Query Language (SQL) Databases sufficient to install, configure, maintain, operate, monitor, and secure servers, installed services, and applications.
