Job description

SWBC is seeking a talented individual responsible for implementation of new clients and large program changes that require coordinated efforts with clients and multiple internal resources as the single point of contact. Writes and presents business correspondence and reports.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Develops the project plan for the implementation.
  • Works closely with each new client and internal staff to review all processes and procedures for each system conversion.
  • Provides a framework for the proactive and successful management of the implementation including issues, risks and deliverables.
  • Works closely with new client and internal staff, including IT, for development of business and data mapping requirements for system conversion.
  • Establishes timelines and adherence to the timelines for each implementation.
  • Facilitates meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Engages the participation of all team members and manage the goals and objectives for each implementation.
  • Escalates issues to key stakeholders that impact implementation timelines.
  • Travels to clients if necessary during implementation.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business or IT related field from an accredited four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial services, project management, or financial technology required.
  • Working knowledge of IT project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project.
  • Proficient Adobe Acrobat skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
  • Excellent problem resolution and problem analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
  • Able to type 35 WPM.
  • Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
  • Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
  • Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
