Data Governance Analyst
Location: Open to Hybrid Vienna, VA or Fully Remote U.S.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst with strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills. This role supports the execution of Enterprise Data Governance Services plans for secure and permanent data deletion. The position can be performed on a full remote or hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of plans for secure and permanent data deletion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and align data deletion controls and processes with established frameworks.
  • Develop and execute test plans to confirm controls are fully implemented to reduce risks and address emerging organizational needs.
  • Conduct dataset discovery and inventory across Data Lake zones and maintain metadata.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Advanced SQL, Python and PySpark.
