5316 Role: AI Product Architect Enterprise Copilot & AI Solutions (MS Solutions) Day-to-Day
Evaluate, test, and position new Microsoft Copilot features within the Group AI portfolio
Design and lead enterprise rollout plans for Copilot, Agents, and AI extensibility scenarios
Architect solutions for Copilot Agents, agent interfaces, and enterprise knowledge experiences
Define integration patterns using Microsoft Graph Connectors and Copilot Search / knowledge sources
Lead complex, cross-functional AI adoption initiatives from concept to enterprise scale Must Haves
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, feature lifecycle, and rollout planning
Ability to interpret new AI features and align them to enterprise use cases and product strategy
Hands-on knowledge of Copilot extensibility, including agents, connectors, and data sourcing
Strong architectural documentation and executive communication skills
Experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives across IT, Security, and Business teams (e.g., portfolio, roadmap, demand intake) Nice to Haves
Experience with Copilot Studio, custom agents, or AI orchestration patterns
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, data integration for search/knowledge architectures

5317 Role: AI Governance & Adoption Lead AI Portfolio & Enablement (MS Solutions) Day-to-Day
Own AI portfolio standardization, including use case taxonomy, naming, positioning, and lifecycle governance
Define and execute communications and adoption strategies for Copilot and enterprise AI services
Develop and curate enterprise AI use cases, patterns, and success stories aligned to business priorities
Drive user adoption through establishing/coordinating multi channel enablement (training, learning paths, campaigns, community)
Business and stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, and technical translation to facilitate the best adoption paths within the organization.
Must Haves
Experience leading AI or M365 product adoption at enterprise scale
Strong background in governance frameworks for digital or AI portfolios
Proven ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business ready use cases
Experience designing communications, training, and change programs for diverse user groups
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Nice to Haves
Experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption or large productivity transformations
Familiarity with change management and learning methodologies (champion programs, communities of practice)
Experience working with Corporate Communications or Marketing teams
Exposure to AI governance, privacy, or responsible AI principles
Global enterprise or regulated-industry experience

5315 Role: AI Security & AI Governance Specialist (MS Solutions) Day-to-Day
Define and operate enterprise AI governance guardrails for Copilot and AI-enabled workloads
Configure and manage AI related Microsoft Purview policies (DLP, labels, retention, audit)
Monitor AI-related data risk and compliance posture; drive remediation
Support audits, privacy reviews, and security assessments with evidence-ready outputs
Partner across Security, Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to enable safe AI adoption Must Haves
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview in an enterprise M365 environment (eDiscovery, DRP, DLP)
Strong background in data security and technical governance (policy enforcement monitoring)
Knowledge of M365 workload data flows (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)
Experience supporting compliance, audit, or regulatory requirements
Ability to translate security and governance controls into business-level guidance Nice to Haves
Experience governing Copilot for Microsoft 365 or AI agents in production
Familiarity with AI risk areas (data leakage, oversharing, sensitive data exposure)
Automation or reporting experience (PowerShell, Graph, Power BI, KQL)
