Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to define and deliver AI-driven and agentic capabilities across enterprise data governance platforms.
This role focuses on automation, intelligent workflows, and user-centric experiences, enabling scalable governance, improved data usability, and reduced manual effort through AI.

What You'll Do
Define and execute the roadmap for AI-enabled governance and data governance platform capabilities
Identify and deliver high-impact use cases, including:
Automated onboarding
Metadata enrichment and classification
Workflow automation and policy enforcement
Data discovery and recommendations
Design agentic workflows that:
Automate multi-step governance processes
Integrate across platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Glue)

Define requirements for:
LLM-powered features (search, recommendations, metadata interpretation)
RAG-based knowledge and discovery experiences
Partner with engineering and platform teams to:
Translate product needs into technical solutions
Define success metrics (accuracy, adoption, efficiency, cost)
Improve user experience and adoption through:
Simplified workflows
Embedded AI capabilities
Intuitive data discovery
Manage and scale a governance product delivery team
Partner with engineering, enterprise data office, business, and domain teams to deliver governance outcomes

Basic Qualifications
-Technical Product Management experience

Qualifications Required
8-12+ years in product management, data governance platforms, or AI-driven products
Experience building or scaling data governance platform products
Strong product management skills:
Roadmap definition
Prioritization
Stakeholder alignment
Experience working with:
AI/ML or LLM-based systems
Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
Metadata, governance, or workflow-driven systems
Ability to:
Define AI use cases and product requirements
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions

Experience working with governance platforms and platform-native AI / agentic capabilities, including:
Governance platforms:

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $148,495.00 - $174,700.00
