  3. Develop data product lifecycle processes covering creation, publication, versioning, and deprecation with embedded compliance checkpoints
  4. Support audit readiness activities and maintain documentation for ATO packages and oversight reviews

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. 5 or more years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or database administration in federal or regulated environments
  2. 3 or more years of experience working with enterprise data across multiple database types
  3. Experience with relational, non-relational, and object-oriented databases, both on-premises and cloud-hosted
  4. Demonstrated experience implementing metadata standards enforcement and governance frameworks
  5. Knowledge of data quality management and automated monitoring systems
  6. Understanding of federal compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, DoD data standards)
  7. Proficiency in developing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into policy guidance and stakeholder-ready documentation
  9. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

  7. Experience supporting Military Health System or federal healthcare data environments
  8. Familiarity with data catalog platforms (Collibra, Apache Atlas, Alation, Informatica, or equivalent)
  9. Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and ICAM policy implementation
  10. Current database or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, CDMP, Oracle SQL, IBM DB2, or equivalent)
