Job Title

Hours and Schedule: Contract Position, 5 days per week, from 8:00-5:00

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Toll processing which includes opening mail and identifying the units the toll belongs to
  • Pulling checks for clients as requested
  • Data entry- keying the tolls into spreadsheets for record keeping and processing
  • Scanning tolls to send to AP for payment
  • Mailing checks to the tolling company
  • Filing duties
  • Other misc office duties as needed
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
