Temp Data Resource role
Starting asap, on-site 5 days a week, 5-6 months duration for roles.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support a temporary data cleanup initiative within Operations. This role will focus on reviewing and updating customer and account information across internal systems to improve data accuracy, consistency, and record integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Review operational reports and update customer/account records as needed
Correct spelling errors and formatting inconsistencies in customer information
Identify and resolve duplicate customer records
Update and standardize addresses using USPS formatting standards
Complete missing address components, such as state or zip code information
Update account records with missing or incorrect officer codes
Assist with identifying and closing inactive accounts
Review and tag documents within the document management system
Follow established procedures and documentation standards
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior administrative, banking, operations, or data entry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
