The Document Management Technician is responsible for producing digital copies of documents, retrieving electronic documents from secure websites, and indexing them into the scanning system. This role involves data entry for Admissions, gathering data from transcripts, applications, residency status forms, and Career and College Promise information. The specialist must maintain confidentiality, work with minimal supervision, and provide quality customer service to students. Additional duties include maintaining and purging records, assisting with registration preparation, and acting as a backup for student application data entry. A thorough knowledge of institutional policies, curriculum programs, academic regulations, and registration data systems is required.
