This role ensures all client emails are properly logged, tracked, and escalated to the appropriate team. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor a shared company email inbox for client inquiries
  • Log tickets accurately into the internal system
  • Notify the on-duty supervisor when tickets are logged
  • Ensure all inquiries are tracked and addressed promptly
