Job description

 Position Summary

Stanton is seeking an Office Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This position will be responsible for supporting daily shipping and receiving operations through accurate documentation, coordination, and communication. This role helps ensure orders are processed efficiently, and shipments are tracked and recorded in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, and order paperwork
  • Accurately enter and maintain shipment data within company systems
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and inbound deliveries with the warehouse and carriers
  • Verify order details, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of all shipping and receiving activity
  • Assist with resolving shipment issues, including damages or missing items
  • Follow all company procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
