Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
  • Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
  • Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
  • Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers

Qualifications
