We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry & Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to our daily operations, ensuring that our work order management system is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our clients' expectations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a work order—from initial data entry and monthly scheduling to supporting our accounting and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Order Management: Efficiently enter and manage data within our work order system, including client information, labor hours, and job costs.
  • Scheduling & Tracking: Maintain and monitor service frequencies and responsibilities to ensure all client obligations are met on time.
  • Monthly Operations: Generate and print comprehensive work order batches at the start of each month to guide the service team’s schedule.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: * Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure new work orders accurately reflect client contracts and expectations.
    • Support the Accounting Department by providing detailed reports on labor hours and billing data for monthly invoicing.
  • Documentation: Handle the printing and distribution of all necessary work order documentation for field staff and internal records.
