Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brigham is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy working with people and have great communication skills, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
  • Provide administrative support to sales, service, and management as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
  • Assist with various office projects and daily tasks
Qualifications
