We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Associate for Central Kitchen. Data Entry Associate often is responsible for running sales reports, making order sheets, making PO, closing PO, processing invoices, and calculating ingredients based on order quantities. S/he must be good with numbers. This is not a supervisory position.
Requirements
Data Entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other database systems.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Input and update product information, including descriptions, images, prices, barcodes, and SKUs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read, write, and do simple math problems.
• Able to interpret, understand and follow instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from the employees and management
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Work with minimal supervision
• Opens and processes invoices for payment
