Job description

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and research
  • Answering phone calls and addressing any guest inquiries through telephone, guest messaging, email, and walk-in traffic
  • Taking and inputting reservations through the company software
  • Interact with guests in office
  • Maintaining positive and professional guest relations
  • Communicate effectively with team
  • Maintaining knowledge of property locations, amenities, services, pricing, and unit layouts
  • Adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Hospitality, customer service, or reservationist experience encouraged but not required
  • Computer experience skills required
  • Excellent communication/organizational skills required
  • Excellent guest/customer service skills required
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional environment
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to work MOD when needed

Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience within the field preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching.
