Customer Care Associate (Temp-to-Hire) North Haven

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers while working heavily with data, files, and administrative processes behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer accounts through data entry, file uploads, and record management
  • Process invoices and orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Match, verify, and reconcile numerical data and customer records
