Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Verification Operations Specialist (Data Entry) to help ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with our attorney network. In this role, you'll be a critical checkpoint in our operations while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
As part of our evolving workflow, this role will regularly use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI Platform, and similar technologies to support day-to-day tasks and improve efficiency. Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools, reviewing AI-generated information, and incorporating AI into their workflow. This is not an engineering or prompt-development role we're looking for someone with practical familiarity and interest in using AI tools as part of modern operational work.
This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Review and verify hearing information for accuracy before publishing to our attorney network
  • Compare details from multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness
  • Accurately document and confirm hearing data, attachments, and related materials
  • Send out verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys
  • Use AI tools (such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms) to assist with verification tasks and flag discrepancies
  • Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries, offering simple tech troubleshooting when needed
  • Maintain a consistent pace of verification, meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
  • Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2 years' experience in data verification, customer service, tech support, or a similar role
