Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

No Weekends Required

We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced customer support team in Nashville, TN. This role combines customer-facing service, administrative support, data entry, and phone-based customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment while providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy multitasking, working collaboratively with a close-knit team, and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations.

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls
• Assist walk-in customers with questions and service needs
• Process payments and customer transactions
• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
• Create and maintain customer records
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Review pricing and delivery information

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of data entry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to talk with customers while accurately entering information into systems
• Typing speed of 35-40 WPM or higher
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities

• Automotive industry experience
• Dealership experience
• Vehicle title processing experience
• Experience working in high-volume customer service environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
